Our frames are constructed entirely of 11gauge 2”x4” rectangular tube, 2"x2" square steel tube, and 3/16” wall 2”x4” tube for the tongue, NO ANGLE IRON IN THIS FRAME. They are professionally constructed by our local welding shop and these guys are heavy into quality.

 

They sport a double reinforced 1 1/2” hardened steel pivot points with grease zerks, 1300 lbs. winches, 3500 lbs. winch straps, 5000 lbs. tongue jack, 3500 lbs. spindles/hubs, 13” radial tires, 14 gauge fenders with splash protectors, and are built to last. Our exclusive swing arm capture system ensures perfect wheel alignment for perfect towing and simple one handed operation. All that, along with a hinged  tongue, that is totally removable to detour thieves, and a jacking/winching system that allows the house to sit directly on the ice, makes this one of the best frames you can buy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What truly makes this frame great though, is the finish. This is one of the only frames on the market that is finished in powder coating.

Powder coating is a completely dry finishing process used on a wide range of materials and products. It consists of finely ground particles of pigment and resin that are electro statically charged and sprayed onto products to be coated. The parts to be coated are electrically grounded so the charged particles adhere to them until melted and fused into a solid coating in a curing oven. It is tough, attractive, durable, scratch-resistant, high-quality, colorful, versatile, and very long-lasting. The best part is they are effectively sealed from Mother Nature to help keep rust at bay.

 

Another pleasant side effect of powder coat is the snow and ice slides right off. I would imagine that is why snow plows are often coated in powder coat. This makes freezing down to the ice much more unlikely when you are locked on to your favorite crappie hole.
